Meet John Coulter
John Coulter, (DJ JC or DJ John Coulter) started spinning at parties in college at Virginia Tech in 1998. He moved to the DC Metro region in 2004 and began his career immediately.
John wanted to DJ full-time but karaoke helped fill his nights in the first few years during the weekdays with DJ gigs on the weekends which helped him with MC work and public speaking.
He averages approximately 300 shows per year.
He is fluent in Spanish with a catalog to match. He performs on average 14 weddings per year, 25 school age events per year, countless club and bar appearances, and often works during the day for corporate and government functions.
John has even parlayed his club connections and successfully books 4-8 professional stand-up comedy shows with a national touring company.
